Elida Pineda is a professional experienced, caring, English-Spanish speaking Immigration attorney who is highly dedicated to serving her clients in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. Her entire practice is focused on Immigration and Naturality Law. Elida received her Master of Law of the University of Houston Law Center and is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. She has many years of experience in the full spectrum of immigrant matters.
Elida has helped numerous individuals and companies with their immigration needs while working for several immigration law firms prior to opening her own practice.

Elidaisy Ortuno
Associate Attorney
Elidaisy Y. Ortuno is an Associate Attorney at Elida Pineda Law Firm PLLC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, where she was also a student-athlete for all four years. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in May 2025.
During law school, Elidaisy participated in the Human Trafficking and Asylum Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience with the complexities of immigration law, including work on asylum, T-visa, and U-visa applications. She also participated in the Immigration Clinic, assisting with family-based petitions. Additionally, she volunteered with Catholic Charities, where she gained valuable experience working directly with clients and assisting with naturalization (N-400) applications.
Elidaisy became licensed to practice law in Texas in October 2025. Coming from a Mexican-American background, she is deeply committed to serving the immigrant community by using her cultural background and bilingual skills to advocate for her clients. Her goal is to provide hope, strong legal representation, and compassionate service to the Latino community throughout Texas.

Jocelyn Aguilar was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Relations and Global Studies and certificates in Business Spanish and Ethics in Law, Politics, and Government. Jocelyn intends to pursue law school and continue advancing her career in the field of immigration.
